My wife had me drive all the way to Orem (from Sandy) in December just before Christmas just to visit Yoyo's Taco Truck. Well, OK...so we DID do some Christmas Shopping at University Place Mall afterward - and ate our tacos there in the mall's food court - but for us, the highlight of our Christmas Holiday trip was YoYo's Tacos! The Birria and al Pastor tacos are incredible, but all of it's delicious!
