I got not cooked rice and my food was stone cold. Previous time they have no spicy mayo and this time they had no chicken. I’m not going to come back to this location because they can’t keep ingredients that make the food good.

The food is always good. However I ordered from them via doordash. Didn't recieve my drink and also requested extra sauce. I got no sauce at all. Wouldn't recommend unless you watch them make your food. Also the phone number doesn't work so you can't even call anyone to try and fix it.

They ran out of noodles which was odd for a noodle place. My friend (who's a little autistic) was starving and he only likes noodles when he gets hangry and anyways he found out they didn't have noodles and he started to have a meltdown but luckily for us all I had a spare pack of ramen in my backpack so I was able to sedate him with that. Y'all are lucky but next time please have noodles for him and for your sake.

I love cupbop, but this location is horrible. Every time I go to this particular cupbop I have the worst experience. They are always out of something and this last time they were out of noodles! Not happy with my experience here and I do not recommend this cupbop.
