Edit: My previous review said “Freakin amazing food”. Unfortunately Cupbop’s quality and service has gone to the cellar in the last couple years. The fried chicken I got was soggy and the serving of meat was skimpy at best. Not enough veg either. Definitely not the establishment it once was

Went there right when they opened at 10:30, but waited around for more than 10 min after and no signs of life. Terrible service

I’m pretty sure there was meat in the two cupbops we ordered, but it wasn’t enough to confirm 😅

My sister often visited Cupbop in Rexburg and was thrilled when we found one in Provo. The service was fast and efficient, but the workers didn't really look happy to be there--I get it. It was one hour from closing time, and they were probably tired from a long day. But still.
As for the food, it was sub-par. My sister said the servings were smaller. We got the Rock, Kimchi, and Mandoo. The Mandoo had the most flavor, and the Kimchi was a super small portion and flimsy...it didn't taste good at all.
Anyway, we were just passing through, so it's not like we would stop by again. But it was a disappointing experience.

I really don’t enjoy writing a negative review but after giving myself a couple days to think, I feel it needs to be said. I’ve always enjoyed Cupbop but my experience on Friday at the Provo location was a let down. Not very friendly service. It wasn’t busy at all but I still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my single Cupbop which was very underwhelming… not enough sauce for all the rice, the chicken pieces were 90% breading (like I got the bottom of the bag). The atmosphere is kind of hovering between grunge hipster and gross food code violation and unfortunately the staff’s personality kind of makes me suspect the latter. (Why is there stuff dripping from the gutters when it hasn’t rained in days?! :) Lastly, I think it’s laughable that they have the nerve to ask for a tip before you have received your food. I despise this practice (especially in a food joint you order your food through a window) and the absurdity of it is really highlighted by an overall negative experience.

Super convenient to stop by and grab dinner on your way back from campus. Pretty quick and friendly service. Tastes great. There's no indoor seating but a few picnic tables and a covered bar stool section

Wonderful outdoor experience. Food is great. Parking is a little tight for my truck and not much of it. That is to be expected right off BYU campus.
