Most of the food was cold, rice was overcooked into a solid mushy mass. Idk what happened to the cabbage but I didn’t see it. Nobody cares at this location, just go to a different one or don’t.

I highly recommend going to the Orem location. We didn't know there was a location in provo, and decided to order here. The portions were not good, and everything was subpar. We were disappointed. We will just make the drive to orem from now on.

They were taking so long with my order that I order something else and left a 25% tip. The guy went to take the trash out after I made it obvious I'm in a rush. Hey Management. Can I have my tip back.

Food was prepared quickly. I was not impressed with the BBQ chicken. The noodles were OK, but the rice was hard.

Used to love going here, but I’ve noticed a huge drop in quality over my last couple of visits. Disappointing.

Closed earlier than posted hours on New Year’s Eve.
Employees are always a little stand offish and disinterested. And as much as I like the food, my cup is always half full. If I’m gana spend $17 somehow, I’m going to chipotle, cafe rio or mo’ bettahs who have twice the serving size for less money

Super disappointed, paid for a combo bop and got half of a combo bop. They were super stingy with all the ingredients. The sauce didn’t even touch the lid. To top it off, they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and just didn’t give it to me.

I love cupbob so much and I didnt even know there was a location in Provo. Me and my husband ordered three bowls and we were soooo disappointed, we waited 5min extra for "Fresh" Katsu chicken and ended up getting cold food, portions were nothing compared to what I get at the cupbob in Orem and dont get me started on the sauce, ordered a level 6 and was more like a level 3. I dont think I would recommend this location at ALL.

Do NOT order off of doordash unless you want to waste your money. Got a chicken/pork bowl "level 8" that wasn't even remotely spicy and 3 whole potstickers for 25 bucks. The food was okay, but not 25 dollars okay, and minus the doordash fees and whatnot it would still just be okay. In fact, I'm more mad that I ordered near their max spiciness level and it was barely spicy. A real letdown.

No heater in the outside eating area.
I ordered extra cabbage, and it came with no cabbage. None of my 4 coworkers had cabbage in theirs either, which makes me think they were out but decided not to tell us.
Card reader kept breaking so we all had to swipe our cards multiple times.

If you want a million cups of rice and 5 pieces of small popcorn chicken, eat here! Got no noodles or meat! Not worth 10 bucks.
Closed and it’s not even closing time yet. Came around 8:40 and they are closed. I came 2 weeks ago and they ran out of noddles 45 mins before closing. The Orem location is way better.
