Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you have a BYU student you get a discount if you have your ID. Plus they gave you some free Mandoo for first time customers and you can order the food as spicy as you would like.

I had such a terrible experience at this CupBop. I’m a huge CupBop fan and have gone to so many locations throughout Utah! But usually I’ll drive to the Orem location just to avoid this one. I didn’t feel like making the trip today, but it honestly ended up taking just as long.
I got there around 6:30pm today and there were only a couple people in line, but the worker spent so much time chatting with the girls ahead of me about school and his personal life that it took forever just to place my order. They were also very slow actually making the food, taking much longer than any location I’ve ever been to. It took around 20 minutes to get my food.
Then, they still forgot the extra sauce I ordered, so my food ended up being pretty dry. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the Orem location instead!
