Saratoga Springs location was great this evening. We're glad we gave it a try!
They were so nice and friendly! I didn’t feel rushed at all for my order! The food was so good and reminded us of being back in Peru! We love it here and have been a couple times!! And they have the real Inca Kola!

Red Fuego | Peruvian offers great Peruvian food with friendly service. The flavors cannot be beat. Popular menu items include the 1/4 chicken with plantains, lomo saltado, chicken breast combo, and the chicken Fuego bowl. The food is so good and reminds customers of being back in Peru. They have the real Inca Kola. Service is fast and friendly, with staff who are helpful in recommending and explaining dishes. There is plenty of seating and an outside sitting area. Some experiences have been inconsistent; one visit had a long wait and a small portion in the chicken Fuego bowl, though the manager later made it right with a new bowl that was majorly delicious. Another noted the restaurant is sometimes not open during normal hours. Despite these issues, the food is great and customers would absolutely recommend.
