I only get the Birria Tacos with egg, but it's apparent this place is run by people who know how to cook. The tortillas are the right amount of crispy and the egg is never rubbery. The ingredients are simple but prepared very well. It's also an excellent value. This is one of the two Mexican restaurants I'd call the best of Provo.
I LOVE don chuys!! I come here probably too often. I’m obsessed with the carne asada fries but their tacos and plates are amazing too. The inside of the restaurant is so cute and always so clean. The service is always so quick and fast. And their salsa bar always hits. I so recommend don chuys!!
Excellent food, great portions, excellent customer service. My significant other also enjoyed the tripa tacos (made to order). I had the garlic shrimp plate on 1 visit, and I had the steak and shrimp plate as well. I would recommend eating there, I definitely will eat there again.
