My family and I love Einstein in Provo. They are the nicest staff and very helpful. The bagels are always great and drinks are just as good. The staff are very friendly, it feels warm and inviting as soon as you walk in, what a great feeling.

The employees on staff today were SO sweet, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all my picky questions about the cold brew, even offered to let me try some first, and never made me feel like I was doing too much. The cold brew was really good for a shop that focuses more on bagels than coffee!

The food was cooked fast!! It was hot and delicious. I got a farmhouse bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel 🥯 and the jalapeños were actually spicy, which I love....

I come in pretty often and it is always a good experience! The restaurant and bathroom is always clean and the employees are very nice and welcoming. They have a wide selection of bagels and drink options and I have yet to try something that I don't like.
