The new management is horrible here. I have literally spent hundreds (maybe over 1,000) dollars at El Mexsal, but that was before the new management came. In addition, I've persuaded hundreds of dollars from family and friends to eat here as well. The food quality has rapidly deteriorated. Today the lights were off for 3/4 of the meal. They would come on for a couple minutes then off for 20 then on then off again. When I've been back the owner does not treat the patrons well....read full review
