I love Ernie’s sandwiches, and honestly, I’m not even a sandwich loving person. Idk how I first stumbled upon this place, but I think about it often lol. I live in Tooele but will always eat here when I’m in the Provo area.
I like the vibes! The breakfast sandwich (I got the Champ) was hot, good quality and served up in a few minutes. The music is good and not too loud, and the guy who served the sandwich was cool.
We love the food and the pool table at Ernie's! Specifically their breakfast sandwiches. We do however wish the workers didn't seem to hate their job. The food is so worth it though! We always play a few rounds with the pool table while eating and it's so fun, never super busy. Great place to eat!
