Loved eating here. I've lived in China for 12 years and only come back every few years. This is an authentic Chinese hot pot, and was delicious in every way. The owner was friendly and attentive, and his service was phenomenal. If you're looking for real Chinese food, and not Chinese American, this is the only place in Utah County I'm aware of.
We came here for Valentine’s Day last year and it became one of our favorite spots in Provo! Their spicy broth and their Miso broth are both unbelievably good. Great for date nights.
Zan was awesome and the food was great. Definitely a good experience for my first exposure to hot pot. I did the hot pot buffet, which offered beef, pork, chicken, whitefish, and tofu, as well as beef, chicken, fish, and shrimp “balls” (? Not sure what else to call them).
