I came in to get my first taste of a frozen custard. Freddie did not disappoint! The frozen custard was so creamy. It stood up better than a milk shake. This was worth the drive over. I also ordered a patty melt. It was awesome. Freddie's place is great except for the turn around time of everyone's order. The people behind the counter were hustling but they were turning out the orders extremely slowly. That was my only disappointment. Great food, service not so much.

The gentleman behind the register was literally one of the most polite, friendly, accommodating fast food employees I’ve ever encountered. I’m guessing he was a manager or owner….but regardless best FF service I’ve had in a long time. The burger was really good, and the onion rings were great. The cheese fries were a bit soggy because they used liquid cheese, and I probably wouldn’t order them again, but the flavor was good. It was extremely busy when we arrived but...

Honestly, it was ok. The food seemed fresh and the menu offerings were decent and a little unique. The best way to describe the flavor was a slightly (very slightly) elevated In-N-Out. That being said, they definitely have more options than at In-N-Out.

My biggest complaint was the value. Paying over $13 for a single patty burger (no sides or drink) and a mini milkshake feels ridiculous.

I don’t think it’s worth the hype.
