“Went there on my lunch break and both Michael and Issac were amazing. They made sure I got everything I wanted on my bacon cheeseburger and double checked to make sure the order was right. Michael was beyond respectful warned me of a walk up customer and was very polite.Later when I ordered a large cheese curd I learned my card was shut down for fraud for coming back to get a second order. The staff was beyond great and tried everything to help me with the order. I found out the next day my bank blocked my card.Never a poor experience with the staff here. Very thankful to be able to get food next door.“

“Hunter was a manifesting generator in the place. I came and ordered 3 polishes but this guy was killing it in customer service, then off to sweep up, clean, organize the spaces, then place my order on the grill etc. give this guy a RAISE. In under 10 minutes the guy was so efficiently doing so much in a small amount of time. Mind you, I was there the last 20 minutes of the night before they close. Great worker and leads by example. Love the food of course but had to shout out this guy.“

“Fantastic Experience at A&W in American Fork!

I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.

If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“
