Rootbeer is exceptional. But got my order wrong. Ordered: root beer Got: root beer float
The staff was kinda all over the place. Guy at the window was hard to understand, I had to ask him to repeat, and still didn't fully understand. Guy that gave me my drink was shaky gave me a drink that was dripping everywhere. No ice and flat root beer. I had to go back through the drive thru to get it replaced. Still not good root beer. I felt like the staff was all brand new and didn't know what they were doing.
We took our Special Needs class here for lunch! Erica took such great care of us. She came out and talked to our kids and got to know them. We love them!!!!!

A&W Restaurant provides a great experience with awesome employees and on-point food. The Papa burger was a bit messy, but the cheese curds were excellent. The onion rings were crispy, while the french fries were lukewarm. The clean restroom had no soap. The Orem location offers friendly service, a large A&W Root beer Float for a great price, and convenient options like drive-thru and curbside pickup. Overall, A&W Restaurant is recommended for quick and satisfying meals with friendly service.
