I can’t speak for all the drinks, but I was a Karen and made a weird request (got an americano with Mexican chocolate mocha powder) and it was perfect! Plus, the girl working there was very sweet and gave me zero judgment for my strange order hahaha. Love that’s there’s a drive through with high quality coffee!

Love! The drive through was so quick and easy. I really appreciate all the details they gave me as a first timer. I can't wait to be back! Thanks for a great coffee and experience.

If I could do zero stars I would. I ultimately came here to see if someone else had a similar experience or if it wasn’t a good day. But a week ago someone reported the same thing. I came to get a coffee for the first time in forever to treat myself after a hard week. They asked me if I’d like to leave a tip and I declined by saying “I’m so sorry. Not today” and he said “well that’s unfortunate” and closed the window. I asked for light ice and got a full cup. Asked for whipped cream and he gave me a small splash. The coffee tasted terrible and the service was even worse.

This was such an uncomfortable interaction. And it’s obviously happened more than once. Definitely won’t be coming back.

They are a daily staple for my dog & I on our way to work. The owners are great people. The staff is so friendly and great at what they do. Their coffee is exceptional, but it's their above and beyond service that's allowed us to become friends.

If you enjoy super sweet syrup type drinks then this place may be for you but the smoothies don't seem to contain much real fruit. The drink options all reminded me off dunkins or similar but an up market version of them.It was also quite hard to tell what they had from the menu. I was encouraged to see they had options for the coffee in terms of roast level but didn't get one so can't comment on the quality.

The server was polite and efficient but did ask for a tip before we even had the drinks which was a bit odd.

The sitting area was well presented and clean as were the bathrooms.

Wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend to anyone looking for a smoothie or fruit based drink but maybe I misunderstood their branding.

Best coffee in Provo, easy.
Tbh one of the only places where it seems like baristas have actually tasted coffee before.

First, I look up hours and mistake them for Java Junkie which closes at 9 according to google. This was totally my bad. Then their hours aren’t posted on their door so that didn’t help. I show up at 6:30 thinking I had plenty of time to get some work done. Instead, at 7, the barista starts BLASTING heavy metal. I suspected she forgot I was there (literally no one else was in the cafe) and was having a fun time. I put in some ear plugs (I’m not usually one to complain). A couple minutes later, the lights get a little dimmer. I ask what time they close (three times because she can’t hear me over the music) and she said “a couple minutes ago actually.” I apologized for staying past and left immediately. I am so annoyed, not just at the lack of posted hours (and myself for mixing their hours up with a different coffee shop—which I’ll be going to next time instead of this place), but the passive aggressiveness of the barista. I left with a pounding headache. Literally all she had to do was walk up to me and say “Sorry ma’am, we’re closing up now.” I wish I could take my tip back.

They pretend to be inclusive, but won't sell you juice from the drive through if you have a knee injury and severe anxiety. Only needed to order a single juice and knew exactly what to order and was still turned away after waiting in line for over 5 minutes per car. It would have taken the same amount of time to make my order like every one else's. Another option that isn't new is the concept of curbside. If it really takes that long for one juice (I've purchased inside and it doesn't take them any longer than the many coffee orders I've had and witnessed) then walk the dang thing a few steps to the customer's car. Parking is not that far. Not to mention we tip very well when we come here, but now I'm feeling like I either won't come here anymore or I'll skip the tip if I do. I've worked these jobs so I know how it is. If you're going to be rude and lazy you don't get my money.

“Would you like to leave a tip”, look I don’t mind a tip to a good local company, but sometimes, I just don’t want to tip, I want my decent hot coffee that’s already overpriced, with no tip.

Told the guy this time, genuinely sorry I couldn’t leave a tip, and his attitude toward me changed completely, didn’t ask if I wanted an extra shot, didn’t ask if I wanted buzz beans, all because I didn’t want to give them their stupid tip.

Greed is a sad thing. Maybe at my job I should aggressively ask for tips and change my attitude toward someone for not getting paid a tip, a lousy tip.

My favorite coffee shop, the service is phenomenal. I love to get the Rocky Raccoon!
