I set an appointment to come play for my husband’s birthday two months prior to his actual birthday. I emailed with the owners back and forth and they assured me that I had the time in place and all of my husband’s favorite games would be there. We showed up the day of (mind you they didn’t answer any of my calls the week before) and the staff let me know management had told them I was coming FIVE MINUTES before his party.
They double booked and said we could only use the individual PC’s in a closed off room. The owners told me they could accommodate my party MONTHS before and told me we could play fun Switch games as a group. We had to uproot plans and do the festivities at our apartment. This place may be great if you are playing by yourself, but I would never go back for a corporate or personal party. Such poor communication, we were very unimpressed.

Fun place. Has good games. The monitors refresh rate are 60 hertz so the gaming wasn’t too smooth. Ammon is a friendly and somewhat nervous guy that helped set up me and my friends.

We set goals with our boys each month and let them pick a reward if they complete it. Usually it's something like ice cream, but my boys wanted to try out LanKing.Ammon was very helpful and patient in getting us setup and playing. The machines worked great. The place is clean and has a fun atmosphere. The boys had a great time and can't wait to go back.I wouldn't normally think about a gaming cafe for a fun outing, but we loved it and for an hour of gaming and unlimited soda it was cheaper than the trampoline parks, arcades, or going to the movies we usually do instead.

If I could give 0 stars I would, for one reason only. Ammon the worker there is the absolute WORST employee I have ever encountered in my experience of all gaming places around. He has NO customer service whatsoever and seems like he just doesn't care at all. Always has smart remarks in making you feel less than he is and honestly because of him alone, I will never go back to Lanking and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It can't be that hard to watch over customers playing video games, it is incredibly disappointing for how low maintenance a gaming place typically is. Please LanKing, don't dismiss this review and look into the people you bring on.

Place is super chill. The computers are very nice and the keyboards and mice are good as well. The chairs are comfy, it's priced reasonably, the PCs have a bunch of things pre installed, and you can get whatever you want. All in all, it's a pretty chill place.

I come here often for some game tournaments. The staff has always been organized and friendly. If you are a newcomer I have always seen them be helpful and patient when explaining how things work. Facilities are also top notch and clean.
