We hosted an event here and overall it went fairly well, but there were a few issues worth mentioning. Several of the PCs had problems that took time to sort out, which put us past the two hours we reserved and resulted in extra charges. We had also been contacted days beforehand about pizza and drinks, but when we arrived it turned out they hadn’t actually been ordered. They had to reorder them on the spot, so they didn’t show up until the very end of our reserved time instead of near the beginning like we were expecting.
The venue is great for individuals or small groups gaming casually, but based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend it for larger groups or events that need to run on a schedule—especially if you’re streaming or have tight timing.

Brought back so many childhood memories. The staff there was very friendly and helpful in explaining what they had to offer. I ended up playing the VR Darth Vader game and can’t wait to come back again and finish it. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. The curly haired girl at the desk was friendly, helpful, and had a great outfit. Which doesn’t factor into the review, but I appreciate it. The variety of games was 👌🏼

This place is freaking incredible! Every single person who works here is incredibly knowledgeable and super happy to help everyone. We come here every Friday and play for a few hours. Could not think of a better way to spend out time. Thanks guys 10/10 would recommend
I set an appointment to come play for my husband’s birthday two months prior to his actual birthday. I emailed with the owners back and forth and they assured me that I had the time in place and all of my husband’s favorite games would be there. We showed up the day of (mind you they didn’t answer any of my calls the week before) and the staff let me know management had told them I was coming FIVE MINUTES before his party.
They double booked and said we could only use the individual PC’s in a closed off room. The owners told me they could accommodate my party MONTHS before and told me we could play fun Switch games as a group. We had to uproot plans and do the festivities at our apartment. This place may be great if you are playing by yourself, but I would never go back for a corporate or personal party. Such poor communication, we were very unimpressed.

Fun place. Has good games. The monitors refresh rate are 60 hertz so the gaming wasn’t too smooth. Ammon is a friendly and somewhat nervous guy that helped set up me and my friends.
