Every single time my bf and I have ordered here the service is okay, some nice employees but most have a little attitude but that doesn’t bug me too much. What irritates me is we order kastsu chicken everytime and we ask them for extra kastsu sauce or don’t ask for extra THEY LITERALLY NEVER PUT ANY IN THE BAG. Every single time we come in through the drive through we have to go inside to ask for the kastsu sauce that should be in the bag when you order kastsu chicken anyways. This has been a thing for a year now of us going here and tonight was my last straw hence why i’m leaving such a stupid review. Idk i’ve worked in food and it’s not that hard to put sauce in a bag!! Love the food tho <3

I love the food at Mo'Bettahs, and the portion sizes are huge. My only criticism on this trip was I wish there were an easy way to modify your order once you get to checkout on the app. I would have added some spam musubi but couldn't do it!
