Went in for a to go order. We had to repeat the order several times to the staff seems like the guys was multitasking but not very good. Cashier asked if it was to stay or go and we said to go and left only to find out we had not forks or chop sticks. Super disappointed we had to find our own utensils.
Basically, good service....Only problem is they ran out of an item that we wanted, so we paid for our food and waited patiently...then we noticed that the food was ready and went to pick up our order but we just stood there while they were waiting on new customers.. .cashier even asked what we were waiting for and we still had to wait.
Food can be a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's a bit off or old. Portions are generous. Service is prompt even when busy. Staff are always cleaning, so the location is clean.
