Definitely a place that is worth a visit. Awesome service and environment. We were there late in the afternoon and we were the only customers. We got plenty of attention. I had the molé, it was awesome. I will visit their again.

Very good overall. We tried the chicken tacos, green chili chicken tamale, and enchiladas with mole sauce. The mole was frankly disappointing, but the rest was quite good.

I lived in Puebla and this restaurant felt like being back there. The food was great. I got the tacos arabes.

The problem here is the wait. The food is good. But service is slow. It seemed there were not enough cooks in the kitchen.

I generally liked the food, but it had a few problems: the horchata was watered down, the red and green sauces tasted burnt (I couldn’t taste much else because of the burnt flavor), the rice needed salt and more flavor and moisture, and the tamales needed salt. The chicken in the tamales, rather than being cooked with the green chiles, was smeared with a fairly dry green chile paste which wasn't salted enough.
I really loved the beans, though. They tasted great, and the crumbled cotija was delicious.

The service was genuinely excellent—friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We were really excited to try a new spot here in Provo, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. Most dishes lacked seasoning and depth of flavor, and overall, it felt like many of the items could have come from a wholesale supplier like Sam’s Club. We were hoping for something more distinctive and fresh to match the inviting atmosphere.

The food was adequate. It needed more flavor. We had chiles rellenos and tamales. The meat in the tamales had a good flavor, but there was just a tiny amount of meat. The chile relleno was soggy and the sauce was not flavorful. The chips were stale. The salsa was just ok. I really wanted to like this place a leave a great review. The service was great. I hope they can pull it together and improve the food quality.

My girlfriend and I were really impressed and surprised that this place wasn't as popular as the food deserves. You've got to try this!!
I ordered the Morita dish with a side of red rice and spaghetti. Spaghetti was whatever yet the DEEP, SMOKY FLAVOR OF THE MORITA SAUCE WAS AMAZING!! After they brought chips and salsa to the table, and their red salsa had a dash of smoky flavor, I had high hopes for this dish, and they didn't disappoint! We'd love to know how they got their chicken so tender.
My girlfriend got the Mole Poblano dish, and loved it as well.
You gotta check this restaurant out!

Absolutely the best Mexican food in Utah county. The flavor is complex and delicious. It even rivals Red Iguana in Salt Lake.
I'm so glad to have discovered a place like this nearby, and now I don't have to drive an hour to satisfy my craving for mole or fantastic Mexican food.
Highly recommend!

#RincónPoblano Is an amazing Mexican restaurant. While the restaurant above it gets a lot of patronage we find Rincón Poblano has more interesting and complex food choices. We started with beverages a lovely #Jamaica for my husband and a luscious cinnamon #Horchata that wasn’t to sweet, for me. We enjoyed some complimentary crunchy chips with 2 tasty salsas one that was beautifully smoky. For mains my husband enjoyed a scrumptious #Encacahuatado Creamy peanut sauce, made with dried chiles and spices. Served over chicken. It came with two sides a Nice red rice and salad. I opted for their famous #MolePoblano it’s a Recipe from the state of Puebla, made with various ingredients: roasted chilies, spices, chocolate, fruits, and seeds. Served over chicken and garnished with sesame seeds. It was delicious and in typical mole fashion very complex with multiple flavors shining at different times. I had wanted to go to Rincón Poblano for a long time and I loved their food and would gladly return. The restaurant was located at the original underground Gandolfos deli in downtown Provo. It was nice to see it redone more brightly, however I miss the old underground feel of my youth.

The food here was really tasty and flavorful. I appreciated the service and the cleanliness. I had the morita chicken, it was cooked perfectly. Walk past Los Hermanos and go downstairs to this restaurant.
