Tried to order a basic latte with whatever dairy substitute they had available. They don’t do lattes. They don’t have dairy substitutes. The food is delicious here, hence why I keep coming back. But the drive thru and the service is terrible. They are always out of multiple things, and I have been given the wrong thing 3 out of 4 times. The teller doesn’t actually seem to care what I’m ordering and just gives me whatever. had to share how awesome this bagel shop is! Their bagels are an easy 10/10 and on top of it all I accidentally left a pair of sunglasses behind and they kept them safe until I came back the next day to pick them up! Thank you again:)
