I went to eat there today with my family and we waited and waited for someone to even help us, then we waited and waited for the pizzas. 25 minutes later they gave us two burned gluten free pizzas. I told the server and cook that I would like a return of my money because my pizza was burned and asked to get my money back. While waiting there I saw that they had also burned my son’s three meats pizza and I decided to tell the girl that I wanted my money back from my sons’ pizzas too because they were never delivered to them. I could hear the girl who burned the pizzas telling her boss in Spanish that the pizza was not burned and started arguing with me and had so much attitude. I have been going with my family to that pizza place for years and I have never encountered someone with such bad customer service skills working there. They never returned my money and told me that they were going to do that electronically, so my boys and I didn’t eat and paid them about $52. If I do not receive my money back soon I will go ahead and put a BBB complaint. You guys lost a customer because I am never returning there to eat with my family. At the end of the day i didn’t even get the pizzas and they still charged me. Update: The manager of the restaurant contacted me and gave me a refund. She also offered me a 25 gift card and apologized for the bad service. I haven't reached out to them to get the $25 gift card yet, but I will.

Updating your hours to show that you’re closed is very easy to do. Since nobody did, we brought the whole family to a closed restaurant on Black Friday.

Great place. They give you a lot of pizza for the price. There's red pepper flakes and mozzarella to sprinkle on your pizza at most of the tables or on the side of the front counter. My friends and I tried BBQ Chicken, Meikel, Tomato Basil, and Pesto Pizzas (pictured is the Pesto), and they all tasted great. Definitely recommend. Parking is across the street, btw.

Slab has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. However, I’ve got to admit that my last few visits have been disappointing. The menu has really been paired down and many of our favorite pizzas and salads are gone. The pizzas that we did order were just okay, nothing special. The people I was with mentioned that it felt like the restaurant had been scrubbed of its original, fun personality. I can’t disagree.
I truly hope that things improve. This is suuuuch a bummer.
