Kinda confusing building situation. They only take online orders, so make sure you have a smart phone with you and a card. Also, I ordered the bacon bandit fries which are supposed to have lots of bacon. There was no bacon at all anywhere in the fries. Still tasted great, but not what I ordered

Spuds is one of my favorite places in Utah County! Definitely a cool & unique little place, and the best baked potatoes I've ever had. I usually get the piggy's revenge (pulled pork) baked potato and it's delicious. The buffalo chicken is also a great option.The potatoes are big, fluffy, and not dry. Plenty of food for a reasonable price, I'm always stuffed afterwards.

My husband and I were in the area on an errand and stopped here on a whim. So glad we did, it was DELICIOUS. I wish I had a picture to share but we scarfed our food down so fast… I highly recommend getting the Jack’s Glaze on your potato. And the sweet potato fries were unreal… the PERFECT amount of crunchy outside and soft inside with a heavenly sweet sauce to dip in. LOVE!

The first time I went to spuds it was really good! I ordered an oven bake but fully loaded. They really did fully load it. But now when I come, they hardly put and sour cream chives or seasoning. I really love spuds I just want them to put more of everything. Just seems like they are skimping.

The Jack'd burger with some fresh cut fries is what I order here. The burger is honestly the best burger I've had since eating at Guy Fieri's burger place on the last Carnival Cruise I went on. I highly recommend this place. I should probably order some fancier spuds next time since that's what they specialize in.

We tried the grilled cheese and the sweet potato fries. The bun was amazing, but we were disappointed that the cheese was fake American cheese ? the sweet potato fries were amazing though!

We were excited to try a new place especially since I love fries. We got chili fries and a burger $17 .. high priced, but worth a try.. in the drive through it took 20 plus minutes to get our food. (June 10th noon) I’m going to try to not dock them there, but it did taint the experience. When we got the food the fries were super soggy cause it had been sitting so long with chili (basically in n out fries) and the burger was rather tiny. I thought for how high priced it was we would get more food. Sauce on burger was good, but not worth the money.

We really love the burgers so we go here often. They are a favorite in town. I hope it sticks around. But to be honest their fries are really inconsistent, sometimes we only get a small handful for $3. Sometimes they are all dry, or really amazing, or absolutely limp and soaked with grease. Ordering online is a must unless you want to sit at a drive up window for 10 minutes. But even with online ordering we've waited 20-30 minutes for 2 burgers at times, which sucks when you have kids in the car. ? So we will keep coming, but probably not anywhere near dinner time.

Descent food and an intriguing concept... But really, really bad service. Unapologetically bad. You gotta explain your whole order 2-3 times... And it will take a very long time even with no one else there. Why are all the employees hiding in the back?You can sidestep the abysmal service by ordering online and doing so ahead of time. Definitely recommend doing both. (Although in my experience no one ever answered my text and ended up waiting a few minutes at the window.)They should also consider adding some kid options, improving their online menu to mirror the restaurant menu, and having an improved dining outside experience.All in all, great and interesting food concept that's very much needed in Springville that's unfortunately held back by awkward and lacking customer service.

The food is really good. It would be excellent if it was correct and hot. I’ve waited to review this place after several times going there to give it an accurate rating. Every time we have gone something had been wrong on or order. Every time something or everything in our order has been only slightly warm like it’s just been sitting there. We’ve done pick up orders and ordered there. I think the problems would get fixed if they got better help. Otherwise I love the food.

We ordered three Piggy's Revenge spuds to go with them and weren't disappointed. We've enjoyed Spuds since they were in the Provo Town Center and when they had their great truck. We are Spud's fans for life!
