Loved going for a little coffee date here with my boyfriend. The owner was very kind and made sure our coffee was good! (It was fantastic coffee) the barista definitely knows whats shes doing.

The picture-perfect local coffee shop with a much wider variety off food and drinks than you'd expect and more seating than you'd think from the outside. PLUS A KIDS MENU!!Vegetarian options: A few very solid options, and they're willing to customize dishes to not add meat.Parking: A few spots on the north side, and little competition for street parking further up the street tooKid-friendliness: A coffee shop with a kids menu and juice boxes?! My husband and I tried the chilaquiles at Pueblo yesterday and they were oh so good! We will 100% be back for the authentic Mexican breakfast and foods served at Pueblo Coffee! I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of our meal - it was just too good! We did, however,meet the owner Tony! He was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. If you haven’t been yet, GO! I can’t wait to go back!
