They are thoughtful and will talk with customers, and they remember orders. The service is unmatched, and every single drink is made perfectly. The coffee is great and fills customers with joy. The location also has a great kids menu with drinks like hot chocolate, chocoblast, and monkey milk. Kids love coming on coffee runs to say hi to everyone. There are newer baristas still training, so experiences can vary a bit. However, the great staff and great caffeine make it the perfect pick me up and always make the day better. Customers are never waiting in the drive-thru forever, even with a line. The app has lots of great deals and a great points reward system.
