I’m here to eat all the time and usually get good service. The employees today were super nice especially the girl at the window but we got overcharged on our food nearly 10 bucks try to explain to The manager after she was already rude to my husband and told him he wasn’t overcharged that two chicken nuggets that are supposed to be five dollars and a large fry do not come to 19 bucks.Then she says oh my F@&$”) god and finally refunds my money ,after arguing about it with...read full review
I placed an order on the app, verified the address, and was told they didn't have my order. I showed the receipt, pickup code, and the approved debit charge. They would not give me my order. So I left, and I then called to see how I could get refunded since i did not receive my order. They informed me that I could come back and they would replace the order. It was pretty inconvenient, but at least they were willing to make it right in the end.
They just can’t get it right.
