“Wow! Burgers are great. They are big and loaded with toppings. The fries are cooked to perfection. Fry sauce is great. And the onion rings!! Yum. Great prices. Staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. Wish they had Coke products.

“Had a great experience at the Springville jersey Mikes. Service was super fast even though it took me a few minutes to decide what to get. The manager helped me get what I was looking for. My food was great. I would recommend this store to anyone that in the area.“

“Just used the drive-thru here in Springville. Ordered 2 strawberry shakes, a crispy chicken & guac burrito meal for my husband, and 2 fish tacos for me. Over $18. Drove home, opened the bag, only the burrito and fries were there. That's about $7 worth of robbery. I've tried calling but they won't pick up the phone. I don't have time to go back today and I have NO LUNCH ! Not sure I want to give them any further business.

UPDATE: The manager phoned me the next day to offer me compensation for the missing fish tacos. She was very courteous and asked if there were any other concerns I had that might stop me from returning. The day after her call I received my voucher via email. This was a great response. I will definitely visit again soon! 😄“

“I’ve live in Springville for 20 years and have witnessed the consistent great quality and customer service that Cory has maintained at this location. Fast food can be so hit or miss but when we want to be sure to get hot, quality food and great service we head over to this Wendys location. Cory runs a tight ship and we are never left waiting long for our order. This Wendys location is a model store. I also love that employees seem happy to work here. They are courteous and professional which these days seems to be a fleeting trend - but not here. I often times ask to speak to the manager (Cory) to thank him for his efforts as he seems to be there every time I stop in. Its nice to see his familiar face as we all know how fast employee turn over rates are at fast food restaurants. Absolutely 5 stars for this Wendys- and I’ve never rated a fast food restaurant 5 stars.“

“I’m here to eat all the time and usually get good service. The employees today were super nice especially the girl at the window but we got overcharged on our food nearly 10 bucks try to explain to The manager after she was already rude to my husband and told him he wasn’t overcharged that two chicken nuggets that are supposed to be five dollars and a large fry do not come to 19 bucks.Then she says oh my F@&$”) god and finally refunds my money ,after arguing about it with her three or four times. Totally unprofessional. She needs to take a lesson from her employees and learn some manners. Highly unimpressed with her unprofessionalism. “Food was hot - service was a little slower than expected. Staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait.

Update - the new cheez-it crunchwrap isn't as good as it should be - the nacho cheese makes it soggy. I would take out the nacho cheese and add extra regular cheese.

The cheez-it tostado is very good and has crunchy cheez-it flavor.

Tip - if you use the app and want to eat inside - go through the drive thru then bring your food inside. We waited a very long time for our order - 20+ minutes“
