“This Saratoga Springs location just happens to be an elite maker of pizzas… I don’t know what it is, but I’ve never had a bad pizza here and I can’t say that about every single location. Perfect chew on the crust every single time. So maybe it’s the bakers? Either way - in a world with a ton of options I only choose to eat at this Mod location.“

“Taz us great every time I come to this location amd he's there he always goes out of hus way to make sure everything is right and actually tells me thank you and thats how customer service should be. I bought from them and I feel like we are missing that these days thx Taz and team. Ohh, by the way, I drive with a 14' cargo trailer and I was able to make it in and out of the drive through perfectly“

“The employees are wonderful. Every time I come through the drive-thru I ask for a bag of sporks along with my food because I love sporks and do they always oblige. Well today I came in in person and they made sure I had my sporks I appreciate and love the staff here and I think that this is the most wonderful restaurant we have here. Five stars out of everything. I did go and there was annoying customers but they can't control that. I love every person that works today. They are wonderful. Five stars. I'll always come back here just for the service.“

“I’ve only been here a couple times but seriously such a pleasant experience! It was through the drive thru and pretty late at night but both times I was greeted with a super friendly order taker and window cashier that joked and make my visit fun just from talking with me and engaging in fun conversation. But more importantly both times I’ve come through my sandwich and fries were super fresh and absolutely delicious. Which I’m more than happy to wait a couple minutes if it means fresh. And the size of the chicken filets are literally so much better than just about any other chicken place I know. Genuinely made my night both times I stopped by.“

“Great customer service. Food was great and it usually is. Sometimes their entrees don't have enough meat with a little too many veggies. But today it was perfect. I tried spicy orange chicken for the first time, it was even better than the original orange chicken. Highly recommend this store location..“

“Javon the store manager has been so helpful on so many occasions. He helped me out when it was supposed to be delivery and I had it set for carry out. Our pizza accidentally got made wrong and he had it remade and sent out very quickly. Very happy with the customer service this store has every time we come in. Thank you 😊“
