They always forget something in my order, but when I go in they give me double what they forgot 😂 Go here if you're willing to walk inside because I always order online.
The staff is very friendly, but my drink was literally 3/4 ice, plus you get zero sauces for free on a tenders meal (who does that?), so you have to pay $0.50 for sauces, but they must have forgot to give me the sauces anyway because they weren’t in the bag. This has happened several times and I won’t be coming back til they fix this.
The drive-thru service is embarrassingly slow - I've had quicker service at sit-down restaurants. The food was mostly tasty, but the portions on the sides were a joke for the price - even with a coupon! Two can dine on those sides? Yes, if you're both happy with two bites each. First time having Popeye's, last time having Popeye's.
