*Manager tried his best to address issue. B&B is one of the only coffee places that still makes egg nog drinks and when fine correctly they're SO GOOD! So I put my stars higher for that reason. I went in today to get something and was not greeted at all by an employee. What I did see/hear was a man working there yelling at someone at the drive thru window. He was standing next to another female that was just watching. I feel like the staffing there over the last 6 months has been horrific.
