About McDonald's

McDonald's is a clean and friendly restaurant with a playground, although it lacks a diaper changing table. The staff is kind and helpful, with late opening hours. The manager is praised for maintaining a clean and non-toxic work environment. Some customers have suggested adding an address number near the front door to make it easier to find the right location, especially for those ordering online. Inside, the temperature can be uncomfortable at times, and customers recommend adjusting it for a better dining experience. Occasionally, there are delays with the ordering machines, leading to frustration and longer wait times at the counter. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a popular spot, especially for travelers starting their spring break.

However, some recent reviews highlight mixed experiences. Customers have reported missing items from their orders, such as bacon on a bacon quarter pounder and burritos. Service can be slow, and some staff members may not be friendly, especially during busy times. While the food is noted to taste good, there are concerns about the quality not matching the cost, particularly with fries not being fresh. Nevertheless, some customers appreciate the staff's effort to remember their preferences, indicating a strong connection with regulars. The staff is willing to go the extra mile, as one customer experienced when their order was corrected with a free banana KitKat McFlurry and large fries.
