“The experience itself was fine I guess but I’ve had issues with cross contamination. I’m decently allergic to mangos; They won’t kill me but I break out in full body hives and I’m miserable if I eat or even touch them.
I’ve broken out in hives from eating just a sandwich from here…I should not be breaking out in hives from a turkey and Swiss sandwich if I’m not allergic to it....Thankfully I’m not deathly allergic, but what if I was? I understand that accidents happen and maybe it was super busy, but the employees need to take cross contamination seriously and they need to be changing their gloves often. I know everywhere does things differently but I’ve worked at restaurants where you have to change your gloves for each customer..for this exact reason.. so even if not for each customer.. you should be changing your gloves often..
I don’t want to say to avoid going here but if you have serious food allergies I would not suggest this location as it doesn’t seem it’s a priority here.“

“My daughter got a Starbucks gift card for her bday. So we went here so she could spend it today. Sierra was her barista and she was soo sweet. My daughter was raving about her long after we left. And says it made her day. Her energy is amazing. And she made the experience really personable for my daughter. For my preteen to be raving about customer service shows just how amazing it was. “I’m sitting at a table and this location is absolute chaos BUT the staff are so kind and helpful. They have informed folks waiting of the time delays due to number of orders but they still stop what they are doing to answer questions. When I placed my order the gentleman was friendly and didn’t rush me along in the slightest, he just said thank you for being here. My food was out lightning fast even if my drink was a bit of a wait. I appreciate the staff so much, they all deserve gold stars and big money.“
