She also remembered me when I came back and I felt so special- no wonder her name’s been brought up on here a couple of other times haha, someone give this girl a raise!! Everyone was so sweet and I even got some free stickers and things on their opening day. I have to say I’m a big fan now.“

“Great food! Great quality! They are going through a revamp and removing the players (workers) that are not benefiting the team. The manager David is working hard to turn this place to 5 stars! I had a great visit with my son and will come back to this location more often!“

“The perfect cafe shop for the spot that it's in. They do amazing homemade pretzels. my personal favorite drink is the blended taro smoothie with tapioca pearls. The current owners may be leaving the location soon, so id recommend enjoying this tiny slice of life before it's gutted and ran to the ground“

“Absolutely lovely coffee spot. The lady that runs the place is so warm, friendly, and amazing at what she does. I know my coffee will be right 100% of the time. She cares about the quality of the espresso pulls and she's even remade them when she doesn't like how they turned out unprompted from me. The lines can get long on Wednesdays but that doesn't impact the fast and amazing service you receive.“

“Super friendly staff and such an adorable doggie to great you! We stopped here 2x while we were visiting Utah. This will be our go to coffee shop in the future when we come back to visit. Loved the monthly specials. Got some coffee beans to take home with us and now I’m wishing I would’ve gotten bigger bags.“

“My husband and I came here for their brewed chai, and we tried it hot and cold and both were delightful. The reason I was looking forward to coming here was this handcrafted chai and it more than exceeded my expectations! We then indulged in a delicious slice of olive oil cake, a bagel from New York that was fresh and tasty and finally a bowl of wonderful tomato bisque soup. “Isaac makes a cup of coffee so well that I proposed to my girlfriend an hour later. We order a fairly complex cup of coffee that was designed by a friend of ours that used to work at Starbucks. Isaac asked follow up questions the first time we ordered and made it the best out of anyone that we’ve ordered the drink from. We came back every day that he worked the week that we were in town and we even invited him to the wedding. The man is magic!“

“Love going to Harmons Grocery with my mom. Love talking to the wonderful employees specifically Taylorsville employees, the produce has all great veggies and they are fresh! love the managers in fresh cut/produce. And every store has at least something I need. Love this grocery store and definitely recommend it to others!“

“I have very specific orders that I want and would prefer to mobile order just to ensure my order is made correctly and to not bother the staff but everytime I check on the app, the mobile order option is not available. I guess my order was put in incorrectly so they had to re-put it in but it wasn't correct to what I had originally ordered. I felt bad having to ask them to correct it yet again. They kindly remade it for me but it was too milky (even though I ordered just 1/2 inch of milk), barely had any ice that the drink wasn't even cold, and there was hardly any caramel lining the cup as I ordered. I could tell it was frustrating for the staff and I was kind. I didn't want to bother them again but at that point I wished I had just asked for a refund bc after all of that, my drink wasn't even made properly. I ended up going to another location, explained the situation, threw that one away, and got a new one that was made correct to order the first try. The workers here tend to be kind and I go often enough that there are some I appreciate but it seemed as if there was some tension within the team and they were more focused on being right and doing things correctly but not making my drink correctly. It was just a little frustrating of an experience and very time-consuming. Thankful for the staff trying to work with me but then after all of that, I didn't even walk away satisfied with a good drink. So just a little disappointing. Having mobile order available more often would be really helpful in situations like these so customers can ensure they're putting in their order correctly without stressing the staff out more and so we can get there and have our drinks ready for us when we get there.

All the other times I've been here I've had great service and it has never been too busy and for the most part, my drinks are made correctly.“

“Super nice location, it's a great place to come and just walk around shopping at target and then come back here to chill with friends.I've always been happy with my experience here! Only thing is that the non-drink items (sandwiches, pastries, etc) me or my friends have ordered are usually kind of dry. Otherwise it's awesome! Highly recommend this place, it's great :)“

“I went in around 8:30 PM, which is pretty close to closing. Haven’t been to a Starbucks in a while to get a drink, but I wanted to see if they would make me a fun drink without coffee or tea. Even though I came in a bit later, the service was quick and friendly. I asked if I they would make me a concoction without coffee or tea. She happily did so. I wish I got her name. Now I’m sitting in my car, snow falling, with a warm fun drink. I know it’s corny, but this is what I needed after a crazy week.

Side note, they remodeled this Starbucks, it’s a bit smaller now. The atmosphere was still welcoming, but a little less cozy than I remember. There’s less seating, I probably wouldn’t go here to stay and chill.“

“This is a spacious and comfortable place with plenty of room to relax. Everything is very clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. My coffee was delicious and prepared perfectly. The restroom was also exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again.“

“I don’t normally write reviews but overall the service is great and the coffee is mostly consistent but one thing that stands out the most is Sue. Miss Sue is the kindest and gentlest lady I have ever met and ever morning she gives a great smile and greats me by name and ask a simple questions about things going on in my life to catch up. These interaction last no more than 30 seconds but it’s a great start to the day when Sue is around. Thank you miss Sue for everything you do. It does not go unnoticed :) <3“

“Everything was excellent today. It was my daughter’s birthday & we were able to meet up for a quick early coffee before her class. The person working the register (maybe Julian?) was kind & pleasant (& brave when having to look under the huge urn!). It also was my 1st Peppermint Mocha of the season & it was the best I’ve had in a few years!“
