Amazing. I asked for extra cold foam and they realllyyy delivered. Colby was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Was so happy they helped me update my app.
I came in to get coffee and sit down to enjoy it, when I heard the barista with a buzzed head say my name. He was whispering and gossiping about me over his headset. I have to say this is very unprofessional, as an ex-barista myself I'm very disappointed in the lack of friendly atmosphere. A shift lead and another barista, Amilee and Colby I think their names were, were amazing! They saved my experience here! So sweet, excellent customer care on their end!

Employees are commended for being patient, thoughtful, and displaying excellent customer service, with some taking time to explain menu items like Dubai bites. There are reports of quick, efficient service and delightful interactions, especially in the drive-through, where consideration is shown by providing bags with receipts, straws, and napkins.
