Had to wait 45 minutes to get a 3 meat, crazy combo & bbq wings and I guarantee I would’ve waited longer if I didn’t go wait inside after it’d be a half hour - when they tried to give me my food they only handed me a 3 meat so I had to wait longer - by the time I was leaving they forgot to ask for the beeper back so I had to turn around to bring it to them.
Their online ordering progress is fake. I ordered and tracked the order and it said it was done and to pick it up in the pizza portal. When I entered the store, they couldn’t even find the order and just said to wait for longer. I don’t understand the purpose of app ordering.After waiting 35 more minutes, they finally found the order that was sitting there waiting to be picked up the entire time. We ordered a pepperoni pretzel pizza with garlic butter and drove 20 minutes to find they gave us a plain cheese pizza and no garlic butter.
