Little Caesars Reviews
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Little Caesars Pizza offers great value with their affordable pizzas that can feed 2-3 people for only $5.99. The American Fork location is known for getting orders right, and customers find the pizzas tasty and satisfying for the price. The pizzas are often cooked just right, providing a good experience. Although the restaurant has faced occasional mistakes like undercooked pizzas or uneven slicing, the staff is quick to fix issues and provide friendly customer service. Customers appreciate the reliability of this spot for budget-friendly options, though some have noted that the drive-through experience has changed with increased prices and that pulling out can be difficult in the narrow parking lot. The restaurant appears to be kid-friendly, mainly functioning as a pickup spot where customers order and take their food to go. While the service is generally good and quick, some customers have suggested that the store could benefit from a couple of chairs for better accommodation. The location is also wheelchair accessible, with a small dip in the sidewalk before the door. Overall, Little Caesars remains a trusted choice for quick, affordable pizza, though some have experienced issues with ingredient taste or topping quantity.
