We ordered a pepperoni pretzel pizza with garlic butter and drove 20 minutes to find they gave us a plain cheese pizza and no garlic butter. We had a little bit of time and really wanted the pizza so I just ordered another one, thinking maybe we could find someone that would eat the cheese pizza. I should have just called in and told them they screwed it up but we drove all the way back and this time we did get a pretzel pizza but no cheese sauce that it should have on it. I really wish we could just get our money back after screwing up three times.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get a 3 meat, crazy combo & bbq wings and I guarantee I would’ve waited longer if I didn’t go wait inside after it’d be a half hour - when they tried to give me my food they only handed me a 3 meat so I had to wait longer - by the time I was leaving they forgot to ask for the beeper back so I had to turn around to bring it to them.

Their online ordering progress is fake. I ordered and tracked the order and it said it was done and to pick it up in the pizza portal. When I entered the store, they couldn’t even find the order and just said to wait for longer. I don’t understand the purpose of app ordering.After waiting 35 more minutes, they finally found the order that was sitting there waiting to be picked up the entire time. The order was saved under the last name, but their app shows your first name. They need to really get rid of this app ordering if they can’t figure it out. Zero stars.

The staff is very unprofessional/ immature. Someone in the back came to talk with friends instead of working. Two other employees were getting very inappropriate with each other. I got laughed at when I ordered my food. And every pizza that was touched in the back was either throw/ tossed into place causing half the toppings to fall off.

My kids got a coupon for their running club in September. We forgot to use it by December 2023, so we went in trying to use it in February, and we were told that they cannot use expired coupons. This is definitely an accurate as it’s happened before and we were able to use it just fine. She also tried to keep the coupon. Why are you keeping my coupon? Anyway, horrible customer service. On top of that their pizza has come out as if it’s been left out and just reheated quite a few times. This is part of the reason we stopped going. We were going to make an exception today Learned my lesson we won’t be going back.
I ordered two deep dish pizzas tonight. Upon arriving home, my family discovered that the pizzas were extremely raw. However, I called to ask about them making new pizzas to replace them. They were kind and fulfilled my request without any issues. The replacement pizzas were yummy but most of all, the staff was great.
