Panda is usually pretty solid. This location met expectations. I tried to oder online and had multiple issues with the app. Got to the store and big thanks to Luca for getting everything straightened out. Superstar service.
They charged us for two bigger plates but forgot to give us the third entree for one of them. So sad.
I’m not one to write a review but I feel like I’ve come here often enough to leave a review to management. I’ve been coming to this Panda Express pretty regularly since July, about every other week at different times, and unfortunately the drive-thru has been extremely slow, every. single. time.

Panda Express is a lively restaurant that offers a unique experience for families. The kid-friendly environment and wheelchair accessibility make it a great choice for those dining with children. The drive-thru service is efficient, and the staff, along with the manager, ensures that the restaurant runs smoothly. Customers often praise the excellent teamwork and enthusiasm of the employees, contributing to a pleasant visit.
The restaurant is known for its generous portions, and customers generally express satisfaction with the amount of food they receive. However, some reviews have raised concerns about the cleanliness of the tables during busy periods. There have also been instances where online orders were not ready on time or the restaurant closed earlier than advertised, leading to some frustration.
Recently, some customers mentioned that the entrees sometimes have too many veggies and not enough meat, but others found their meals, like the spicy orange chicken, to be perfect. While there have been multiple misses at this location, with some customers experiencing long wait times and issues like flat drinks, the employees are consistently described as kind and helpful. Panda Express continues to provide a reliable and enjoyable dining experience, focusing on serving delicious and satisfying meals, while hoping for improvements in management to enhance service quality.
