I called and no one answered and no option to leave a voice message, so here’s a review. I was calling to tell you your teriyaki grilled chicken is rotten. I got it in a bowl for my girlfriend an hour or so ago and she’s throwing up now. Before she ate it she threw some out because it smelled different. She ate not very much and is now throwing up. I smelled it too afterwards and it didn’t smell normal. Soooo hope you get this message and do something about it before others get sick. My honey walnut shrimp was good though.

Service is always on point, food would get 5 stars but my personal favorite shrimp isn't on the menu anymore, and rarely you get a plate thats doused with too much sauce but all the other stars are totally deserved.If you go during any rush hour, you will wait. This place is very popular for a reason. I like to go sometime after 8pm, its normally very fast after 8pm.Atmosphere is average, the place is always clean and what you'd expect from fast food.

Customer service is very poor. The food was flavor on the orange chicken was way off. And kind of stale despite the restaurant being very busy the noodles were very dry it was the worst tasting Panda Express I've ever been to..

So their food gets worse every order I get delivered. They never add any condiments like the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. What is suppose to be grilled chicken looks like re-heated leftovers. I gave them 3 chances and I just wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Best panda I have had. Orem panda doesn't know how to cook like this panda does. Maybe you could train them.

It sucks that this is the only panda express around here. It is always packed so I always get take-out, but by golly they are horrible with the pick up side of things. I have never once gotten my order when it says it was supposed to be ready, so I usually have to wait about 10 more mins. This last time I intentionally went late knowing they would be late. My order was done but I could not get it myself as it has to be handed over by an employee (understandable). The problem is that the cashier girl was literally just standing there. She saw the multiple people waiting to get their pick up order and did absolutely nothing. She sat and observed the people preparing the food. I asked help from someone else and the guy said I had to talk to the cashier. After about 20 mins, finally one girl who was cleaning the floors was willing to help me out. I get they may be understaffed, but man fix the pick up order process. I feel it takes just as long as I have stood in line.
