We like Costa Vida… but, We came today and they charged us an extra 1.99 for chicken with the kids quesadilla i was shocked as they have never charged for meat before. When we got home there was not even any chicken 😞
I've been coming here since it opened and I've always really enjoyed it, however today I had the best drive thru experience I've ever had. They accidentally gave us 2 horchatas instead of 1 horchata and a strawberry lemonade and they let us keep the extra horchata (freak yeah) and gave us the strawberry lemonade. However the peak of this experience technically happened after we left the drive thru with our food. We left the drive thru, turned right and went through a 4 way stop....read full review

Based on the reviews, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill has good food and service. The best Costa Vida location is in Saratoga. The store is very clean with a good atmosphere. The food is always hot and consistently good every single time. One team member named Alex is a hard worker and absolutely fantastic. He checks on guests, brings items they may need, and cleans up spills. He keeps the tables clean and ready for the next guests. Alex is incredibly friendly and always greets people. He goes out of his way to open the door and brings a cup of water without being asked. He takes food to the trash and opens the door when guests are leaving. He is great with everyone and seems to truly care about the guest experience. However, some find it frustrating when there is a long line in the store while many employees are preparing food for online orders and door dashers.
