But these people are awesome! Probably the best customer service I've ever gotten at a Beto's.

Occasionally they remember me and my order, if they don't, they're so nice to serve me in any way I ask.

“I had previously given this location a high rating but the way our order was filled was pretty sad. First of all the slow braised chicken was pretty tough for being slow braised and it didn't have any seasoning to it. It was also in big chunks I had to struggle to cut up with a knife. I ordered a salad. The top of the container is raised because it is supposed to be filled with lettuce. There was less lettuce then of everything else. We had to add our own lettuce to turn it into a salad. We also asked for our type of tortillas to be flour with cheese. There wasn't any cheese melted on the tortillas.“
