Restaurantji's Lindon picks for the finest Mexican cuisine.
“Came in for lunch. We were a party of 4 and it was very lucky we got a table. It was very busy. The restaurant is small, but you can make reservations! Food was amazing! We came on Tuesday so we got their taco Tuesday deal. Definitely worth it! There was a lot of food and it was very delicious! We ordered some appetizers as well. The best one I ordered was the fried plantains. This has got to be the best fried plantains I have ever had! There was so much flavor. I will definitely be coming back just for the plantains :)“
“This is now my FAVORITE place to get tacos in this area. I had two asada tacos and two Al pastor and they were amazing! They have all sorts of sodas, flan, cakes and alfajores! The staff was kind and my order was ready by the time I was done paying!Highly recommend!“
“sam b KILLED it. so very friendly and patient while my brain was blanking when asked what drink i wanted and let me tell you sam filled that rootbeer to the tippity top! we watched them so patiently let the fiz settle and then fill it multiple times until it reached maximum capacity. also had a cool beanie and style. a real one for sure“
“Los Hermanos has been around a long time and for good reason. They serve good Mexican food. The fajitas are popular, but my favorite for 30 years is the steak and enchilada. This location in Lindon is quaint, but unfortunately in disarray when the toilet doesn't flush.“
“Brenda was so nice she got me a Sope to try and OMG ? it was phenomenal, I’m from Kentucky I had never had such now I want to move to Utah just to eat Sobeys. It was delicious. She is the best you need to come and check this place out. It’s delicious.!!!!!!!!!!! Good??????“
“This place is EPIC!!!!!!! Best green sauce I've ever had. Best hot sauce I've ever had. Best mole I've ever had. The owner is super rad and is very passionate about the food he makes. The strawberry tamale is my new favorite dessert. I've eaten there twice in the span of a week. Every bite is like a party in your mouth that you weren't invited to but then you realize you own the dang house, so you bust on in and to your surprise- it was a dang surprise party just for you! Stop eating at costa vida and cafe rio. This mom and pop is where you need to spend your hard earned money.“
“I served my mission in Sonora and have tried “Sonora” dogs and “Hermosillo” dogs from other places, but this was the right one. The bread was perfect (that is probably the hardest part). But the whole thing was amazing. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered a doble wini option.“
“I may be in love, and my belly can back me up on that statement. Haha! I was at the mall, and saw this place, and new I had to see if the Utah burrito is as good as I remembered... It was There was no line when I got here, and the employee that greeted me was very friendly. It only took a few minutes for me to get my burrito, to go home, and it was remarkable when I finally tried it. ... The green salsa, they said was very mild... It actually was a little spicy. Haha! But it was still amazing.“
“My wife had me drive all the way to Orem (from Sandy) in December just before Christmas just to visit Yoyo's Taco Truck. Well, OK...so we DID do some Christmas Shopping at University Place Mall afterward - and ate our tacos there in the mall's food court - but for us, the highlight of our Christmas Holiday trip was YoYo's Tacos! My wife had heard of this taco truck on Facebook and since it had rave reviews we just HAD to make the trip to the Smith's parking lot there off of 350 N Freedom Blvd. and found the Yoyo's truck! I ordered three street tacos ($2.80 EA) with the Birria marinated beef...which was de-lish! But I should have ordered the much larger burrito with the Birria for $14.00 My wife enjoyed her street tacos and we realized that we were still hungry after finishing only a few each. But hey, live and learn, right? With that said, the cost of dinner exceeded the value, we think. YMMV. Next trip we're going when it is much warmer (they had a nice LPG warmer outside for the customers,) and get larger orders for each of us. I found out that I love Birria...but never heard of it before. The Birria was definitely the go-to meat for these tacos, burritos, and their other specials. May have to order "Danny's Special" next time...a plate of Birria with rice, beans, four corn tortillas, and Au Jus (what YoYo's refers to as "Consome") for dipping...all for $15. Four Stars for some flavorful Michoacan cuisine but it came at a high price (doesn't everything these days?) that didn't leave us feeling like we fully got our money's worth.“
“I am highly satisfied with their service. The food is exceptional, freshly made to order. It tastes authentic with a delightful aroma. The ambience is fantastic. Although their target audience is local workers, I encourage anyone to visit and get their offerings. Despite being located in an industrial area, the atmosphere feels more like a restaurant than a factory complex.“
