Utah County got hit with a huge storm and a guy came to the drive thru and let us know they had a lot of employees call in. Great call on the manager to shut down the drive thru. I went inside and I saw one guy by the name of Brandon in the AF location. Costa Vida is my go-to spot; I'm most definitely a regular. I love the generous portions and healthy options. Oh, and their cookies are a hidden gem; I'd buy in bulk if they offered a discount.Now, let's talk about a little hack: salsa roja. This isn't the run-of-the-mill red sauce near the meats!!! Been coming to this location for almost 7 years. It used to be a five star experience both for our family and for catering. However, the shift in customer service, as well as the noticeably decreased portions of food, has made us want to go to other Costa Vida locations unfortunately.
