“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“I love carls Jr and the food is super good.
I love to get the guacamole burger because it is super tasty and has a tiny kick to it which just adds to it overall. The nuggets are even better they are perfect nice soft chewy nuggets but perfectly cooked. Amazing place especially the staff that is always super nice and inside is super family centered a little bit.“

“The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!“

“I would have to say all of the staff is very welcoming and polite, I even had what I believe would be there i.t. personnel or building maintenance person was up front working in a receipt printer and she was still helping guest out. I do believe her name was Julie. This location is always amazing when I visit.“

“First time to try Dave’s and I felt the calling since my name is also Dave and we have to stick together! The atmosphere is amazing and has its own unique aesthetic! The painted walls with neon light accents help create a special environment! I want to really acknowledge the service! Ashton was very approachable and willingly answered all our questions as this was our first visit (it won’t be the last). If the company is as smart as I think they are based on their business model, they will fast track him into management!“

Remodeled older restaurant, but very clean and well ran.
Very polite staff, and quick service.
Everything was clean and organized.
We had 2 burger meals and both were great. The fries are a little crunchy - which I prefer.

“If sandwiches had a fan club, I’d be president after this visit. This Jersey Mike’s in Sandy absolutely understood the assignment.

Both subs were STACKED, like, “did they accidentally give me extra meat?” stacked. Everything was fresh, juicy, and seasoned just right. Not dry, not skimpy… just pure sandwich perfection. Honestly, I had to pause mid-bite, call a manager, and appreciate what was happening!

The team was quick, friendly, and clearly knows what they’re doing. And shoutout to the manager, Thomas, whatever you’re doing back there, keep doing it, because your crew is killing it.

10/10, no notes… except maybe bring napkins, because these sandwiches do not come to play.“

“I work nearby and been told by coworkers never to go to this Carl’s Jr because of this, that and the third. Of course I don’t follow the crowd so After a couple times going here the breakfast was really good, especially the service that America M (employee) provided with clear communication during the order, confirming if interested in other specials they have, offering to see if I wanted any sauces at the window, food has been cooked fresh each time and not sandwiches sitting under a heating lamp, etc.

The only downside is your drinks cost, too much especially for the size it comes with, it’s a large but it only takes a 12oz soda can to fill it up, how is this a large?

“My favorite place to get chicken sandwiches. I treat myself 2x a year since I live so far.
The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Their spice levels are legit, and the sandwiches are huge and packed with flavor. 😊“

Every time I come in he is actively engaging with customers, even when it is busy. He truly is setting the example for his team. The customer service he provides is outstanding and I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have him.“

“I love 5 guys. It's always good to me. & I don't care if my bacon is on top or on bottom. I always go to the one in Jordan Landing tho. I've been to the one in Riverton twice and it was good. The first time I went to 5 guys in West Valley & that was great too. I can see why 5 guys has gotten awards.“
