Always have to eat here any chance you can get!
Today I experienced some of the best customer experience in my lifetime. One of the workers, Charlotte, went out of her way to take care of me. I was alone with my 1 year old. She got us a table, cleaned the high chair, sanitized the table, delivered my order to me, filled a paper cup with ketchup, refilled my water, and cleaned up afterward. Frankly, it was shocking.
Charlotte didn’t have to do any of this. She simply takes pride in her job.

Rylee was phenomenal, she offered to refill our drinks, cleaned our table all while she was sweeping the floor! I’ve eaten at many different in n outs and I have in n out multiple times a week and have never experienced such exceptional service!
