I was a little difficult seeing that I put all the veggies on the side and they were very adaptive when making sure I had the fixings to make my lunch the following dayIt was five stars for sure!!“

I got the pork and cheese arepa with a frescolita. The arepa itself was cooked perfectly and very crispy. The pork inside was so juicy, I had to go through at least 6 napkins just to finish it! Overall, the arepa was an experience like no other.

Frescolita is a Venezuelan soda similar to bubble gum or cream soda here in the states. It was a pleasant surprise, as I could taste the difference between the cane sugar typically used in Mesoamerican sodas, vs corn syrup typically used in commercial brand American sodas.

Well done Chamos! I will be back!
