Five Guys offers excellent, friendly service and good burgers, although some find the pricing not in line with the value received. Known for their great burgers and amazing fries, the shakes are also highly recommended by many. The bacon double cheeseburger with grilled jalapenos and mushrooms is a popular choice. The food is very well seasoned and tastes so good. It can be very busy and seats are limited. The restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite, attracting a diverse crowd from those in business attire to families with kids. However, the place is often FREEZING, so customers may want a coat. Service can be okay but sometimes they forget stuff, with items like fry sauce, ketchup, and sodas being out. Despite being so expensive and feeling like a special occasion type of place, many customers plan to go back for the satisfying meal.
