Near BYU. A lot of lively college youngsters on a Friday when I went.
I've given this location three chances, and I’m done. They’re ALWAYS out of basics—regular chips, kids’ meal containers, etc.—and the chicken consistently has gristly pieces that should be trimmed. My last meal was genuinely bad, so I contacted customer service. Their solution was a BOGO—meaning I have to spend more money to be compensated for a bad meal. Make it make sense. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place is always a hot mess. They’re routinely out of everything and inexplicably have just one person on the line helping customers while another employee just stands idly at the register. I thought I just caught them on a bad night, but I’ve learned that’s every night. Under staffed? Under trained? Who knows. Two stars because it was still edible.
