She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving great service. On top of that, she was impressively fast with getting my food ready, without sacrificing quality or accuracy. It’s not every day you come across someone who can balance speed and friendliness so well, and it really made a positive difference in my visit. “Fantastic Experience at A&W in American Fork!

I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.

If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“

“The staff are some of the best I've experienced. When it comes to dinning on my lunch, I eat here because I get the fastest most polite service of all the places I've tried around work. Chole always asks how I'm doing and howy day is going. I feel like I'm more in a diner and less in a fastfood joint. I just had to say something. Years ago I worked nearby. 2018 and 2019. The service here was not great so I went elsewhere. Now the service is exceptional. Thank you.“

Both subs were STACKED, like, “did they accidentally give me extra meat?” stacked. Everything was fresh, juicy, and seasoned just right. Not dry, not skimpy… just pure sandwich perfection. Honestly, I had to pause mid-bite, call a manager, and appreciate what was happening!

The team was quick, friendly, and clearly knows what they’re doing. And shoutout to the manager, Thomas, whatever you’re doing back there, keep doing it, because your crew is killing it.

10/10, no notes… except maybe bring napkins, because these sandwiches do not come to play.“

“I work nearby and been told by coworkers never to go to this Carl’s Jr because of this, that and the third. Of course I don’t follow the crowd so After a couple times going here the breakfast was really good, especially the service that America M (employee) provided with clear communication during the order, confirming if interested in other specials they have, offering to see if I wanted any sauces at the window, food has been cooked fresh each time and not sandwiches sitting under a heating lamp, etc.

The only downside is your drinks cost, too much especially for the size it comes with, it’s a large but it only takes a 12oz soda can to fill it up, how is this a large?

“I had a coupon for buy one, get one free chicken tacos. I went through the drive through at the Lehi Del Taco at about 11:15 today. No waiting at all! The drivethrough area was clean and well-kept, the cashier Jared was friendly and attentive. My tacos came out quickly. They were very good. I expected a hard shell taco rather than a soft tortilla, but they were fine...that was probably my fault.“

They're always smiling, personable, and in a good mood. They're never fake and they have huge hearts. I go out of my way constantly just to eat here because everyone is so gosh darn nice. “Can't beat Five Guy's high quality hamburger. The one thing I don't like about this particular location is that they have the drink machines set to make super weak drinks. It as if both machines are out out of syrup but they aren't. It's like that every single time I go in there. If they think they are saving money they aren't I have watched people get a drink, take a sip and dump it thinking the machine is out of syrup over and over.“
