First, attended quickly, and when got to the window, the person at the window was great, friendly, even smiling which would be hard for me for a whole shift unless it was purposeful, and the way they want to be. Very cool and that reflects well upon the hiring! Thanks for making lunch great! Also, the ice in my cup was not too much. You know how some places must train their people to fill the whole cup with ice and then fill the empty space with soda? They must not be told to do that here, because it was a reasonable amount. Not too little, and not too much (I hate it when restaurants cheap out on the soda and in those cases I remember!)“

“This McDonald's has the best folks. It's always clean (which is saying a lot since the high school is across the street), everything is stocked, and quick service. The manager and everyone there is so friendly. They must treat each other right because you get to know everyone's smiling face - not the turnover that other restaurants can have. “We eat at this Lehi location quite frequently. There is several employees that shine but America is by far a gem of an employee. Tried the Cajun fries, and they're excellent as well. Be warned, if you dont like spicey food, bypass these, and go for the regular fries. Cajun fries will warm you up for sure. They are always very organized, quick and pleasant. This is an easy go to stop. I love their Cobb salad with ranch and a little buffalo sauce too!“

“I get to enjoy del taco once a year when I come back for competition. I make this my first stop every year. I get the same thing. Del classic chicken burrito. After a very long drive in from texas, this was destination number one. Pulled into the drive through placed my order. The guy at the drive through window was very polite and nice. “First of all let’s just get it out there that del taco will save us during the recession?. The only place with prices under $2 that will actually go a long way. The food is surprisingly good too! The ingredients are fresh and quality. Such a treat.

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“I have been eating the shrimp from Artic Circle for decades. They are big fried prawns with excellent flavor. I always substitute tots for fries. Today was no different. The shrimp and tots were perfectly cooked. I also paired my food with a pumpkin shake since fall is here and today is the first BYU football game of the year. So, 5 stars for the food. Here's the thing, I went between lunch and dinner rushes. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I was in the drive-through line for 20 mins. 20! For 3 cars. What is up with that? The people were nice and courteous, but 2 stars off service for being so slow. Also, over $17 for 5 piece shrimp and tots and a medium pumpkin shake. Wow! Seems super pricey!“

“Like most people I enjoy Arby’s from time to time and typically my experience at Arby’s is fine, but nothing to write home about. This time was a little different.

This Arby’s is FANTASTIC! I was so pleased with how welcoming the staff were and how kind and patient they were with my young boys as they were ordering their own meals for the first time. The girl behind the counter was sweet and kind and the manager was helpful too. I’ve been to plenty of fast food places where managers seem to be unkind or roll their eyes at their own staff, but this manager was great and genuinely friendly.

Not to mention, the food was great. The buns were soft and fresh, the meat was delicious, and my boys ate all their food.

Overall this was one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had in the past few years and that means I will definitely be back!

Great food, wonderful staff, clean dining area, nice atmosphere, easy parking, all in all a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Great job Arby’s, great job!
