SS Arby’s is really struggling. Waited in the drive thru 35 minutes only to have the order made wrong. When I watched through the window I saw 5 out of the 6 staff on their phone or standing around.
We were in here at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night. There were 10 associates in the kitchen 5 customers including me and my wife in the dining room and the dining room was filthy. Every table was dirty and the floor was a mess. Not a very good 1st impression for me.
