The music was loud and obnoxious.
Dirty lobby, service was just okay. I was not expecting portions to be so small! Your 20 could be better spent almost anywhere else

Taco Bell in Springville has a new building, but it can be hard to find the entrance since the turn isn't marked well. The location tends to have very little wait most of the time, especially on nights like the 4th of July when only a few customers are there. Although the service can be a bit slower than expected, the staff is very friendly and apologizes for any wait. The food is served hot and generally meets expectations. Recently, prices have increased, which makes it less appealing for a quick meal. Some menu items, like the cheez-it crunchwrap, may be soggy because of the nacho cheese, but the cheez-it tostado is very good with a crunchy flavor. For inside dining, customers are advised to go through the drive-thru and bring their food inside, as wait times can sometimes be longer, around 20 minutes or more. Despite some navigational challenges, the friendly staff and accurate orders help this location stand out as a decent option for fast food, though the wait times and prices may not always be worth it.
