Honestly, this location is going downhill. The last few times I went in it was dirty and my food wasn’t ready. I typically place an order on the app beforehand so I can go in and grab it. Turns out ordering online is much slower than waiting in line. The employee handling the mobile orders was snarky and my order was wrong. Cafe Rio used to be good until they sold to private equity, now it sucks and they keep raising prices for very mediocre food👎🏻
