From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

In comparison to other Starbucks locations, this one does seem to be somewhat worse. The music is always WAY too loud (despite most people coming here to work and focus), and some of the employees do seem to be more interested in talking with each other than paying attention to the customers, keeping things clean (especially the bathrooms! The number of times the bathrooms run out of toilet paper is not funny), taking out the garbage (which frequently becomes too full), etc. There...

I love this Starbucks with my whole heart. The music here is amazing every time, the vibes are amazing, the workers are kind and always willing to help. I do not know his name but there is a taller gentleman with tight curls that is always so kind, he even brought me my mobile order when I started to get up to get it. Everyone here deserves all the love in the world, this is always my second home during the semesters and I love it.

Halle is possibly the Greatest Starbucks Employee of all Time. Nitro machine down- no excuses-She solves the problem by frothing up some cold brew and voila I’m writing a 5star review. This girl is going places. Wish I could hire her at my company.
