Went here on the morning of 3/30/24. Worst experience ever. Not only was I rudely greeted by a woman who was completely robotic and impersonal my order was gaffed off. To be specific I asked for something vary specific, I have every reason to believe it was understood because it was relayed back to me. Than the order was completely incorrect. The urchin handing me my order was the same woman who took my order. The cup was covered in coffee and another unidentified substance. The woman handed me the beverage as if this was normal and acceptable. Her tone had degreased from rude to terse. This visit was a strong reminder why completely stopped going to chain coffee houses 5 years ago..French press at home for the win and NOT with Starbucks beans. Overall, this place is a joke and waste of money. The urchin at the window should be lucky she even has a job.

Worst customer service! The manager on duty refused to give me his name when I called and hung up on me. My order was wrong and I was talked down to by the person who took my order. I will be writing corporate but highly advise not to visit this location!
Did you guys make a mistake with my Machiato? I ordered the second size which is called now Doppio (standard) (there are 4 sizes) and the size of the cup was the same as a kids hot cocoa! It was so small! I wonder what the smallest size looks like since this was the second size. I have pictures of you want to contact me to show you.
